Simple words that I often serve as guidelines in providing services to all my clients. Although I was not great, but I will give my best effort to all my clients. I usually start the introductions with new client (who have many project designs) by working on their project with a low cost, regardless how much the project budget (during this makes sense). This is because for sure how capable I am to work in their next project. After that, I can put my own charge..
And, I dont know why many clients called me as a Professional Designer. I never introduced myself as a professional designer to them, I feel still need to improve my capabilities and services to make the client completely satisfied with my design. Btw, Can you give me an answer of that?
